im not gonna tell ya what to do but im gonna tell ya exactly what i'd do if i were you ok .. i'd pull all 3 credit reports to see IF you have any judgements from those clowns ( i doubt you do ) & if you do not 1st thing tomorrow i'd send a certified letter out return receipt requested ( costs ya maybe 5 bucks ) stating STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. once they get that they'll find some other sucker that has no clue about their legal rights than they'll try to extort money out of that poor person that dosent know that becouse their debts past their states SOL camco NOW has become a thief using their weapon of choice the telephone becouse its not legal for them to collect & harrass people once the states SOL has passsed like yours has many years ago .. its AMAZING how these ripoff companies pray on people who have no idea of their rights under both federal & state laws once the statue of limitations has passed but guess we all learn the hard way , honestly when ya think about it its sad !! .. personally if they try to collect within the law within the SOL i have no problem with that becouse its legal for then to do so BUT after the states SOL has passed their nothing more than common criminals via the telephone , but hey just my opinion .. kel
