I believe that a credit agency and their law offices may have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as the Graham Leach Bliley act of 2000 (too mucn to list here). My question is, who (or how) do I make a complaint out. should this be the ftc. If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks much ...
