It occurs to me that there are grounds for a class action suit against Camco, Asset Acceptance,Arrow,Sherman etc. etc. etc. not for violations of the FDCPA, or even State laws on abuse of proccess, but for violations of the civil rights of the thousands of victims they obtained judgments against on time-barred lawsuits. Perhaps the judges and court systems that turned a blind eye to their trampling the laws of the USA and the States should be named as co-conspiritors.
