well if i were you i'd be 100 % sure your past your states SOL & id pull all 3 credit reports than IF your past SOL id send a nice big letter certified return requested stating "STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT AS OF RIGHT NOW" , as im SURE you know in my state ( whatever state your in ) the statue of limitations on credit card debt is 4 years .. once they get that & you recieve your green card back that they signed they'll crawl back into their hole & pray on others that dont realize that their violating both federal & state laws therefore committing a crime .......... good luck . kel
