Truth and Lending Statement

Can somebody please help me find the information in the Truth and Lending Statement that says a credit card is a open end account. I've read for days and I'm getting more confused each day. I need to find this statement as soon as possible as I am going to mediation on Tuesday. I know my debt is SOL but have been told this statement is necessary to help prove my case. I don't have a legal mind and am very confused on where to find this information. Thanks for any help.
