We are dealing with SCAMCO and their rude phone calls, over an alleged debt from 13 years ago that was acctually paid in full. They started harrsing the dog mess out of me, even makeing comments such as "What are you doing, you sound like you are doing something discusting" At the time I was trying to sit down in my chair and made a grunt noise. I was so hot, but after reading this site and doing a little digging myself I almost can't wait for the girl to call me back. I am sending a Validation/ C&D letter via FEDEX tomorrow. If this goes to court would it be in California where the credit was established, or My home.... South Carolina?
