Before you ask:

I don't carry credit cards and I don't have any other loans (thank GOD). My car is paid for but it is old. I live in a small apartment. I do not have anything I can sell. My family cannot give me any money due to health problems and hospital bills of their own.

The agency has not (yet) attempted to call me.
