I think we should all work on trying to make it law that an OC or CA trying to collect on a debt, is required to include a notice of the "State specific" SOL for open-end agreements.

After all, wouldn't that help "educate" an "uninformed consumer"? In antoher life, I guess.

Although, "Deceptive Practices" sounds like it sums it up.
