Thanks LadynRed. No my SS# is not on writ. I have sent estoppel letter to First Resolution because I have not received validation from them on this account. Should I attached copy of estoppel to writ when I answer it? I am now going thru my credit report and having things removed that do not belong to my account but possibly belong to the male who name they have on my writ. Sorry to be a pest about this but I want to do the right thing.
