I remember some of your prior posts, however I am SURE I would NEVER have suggested you make a "settlement offer" in lieu of an answer. What you have done, effectively is to preclude any kind of leverage you MIGHT have obtained by filing an answer disputing the balances, interest etc. and forcing the lawyer to produce accurate statements of account. I assume you are within SOL, although since you seem to have already given away the store, perhaps you gave that away also. The lawyer now has nothing to prove, as you have admitted the debt and not disputed it in any way. He will not be inclined to accept any "offer"you made, as he does not have to do so, since you made life so much easier for him.
