Lots of good class action lawyers around for FDCPA & FCRA - but I am suggesting a different forum. Civil Rights Violations based on violations of the Federal Code of Civil Procedure, especially those sections that deal with false swearing and the court's responsibility to seek justice. Many related cases filed and won by this group.
