If you have only received telephone calls from this collector, with no letter advising you of your right to dispute, you may be the victim of a SCAM collection agency.

You need to find out if you actually still owe this money. Call or e-mail to the site I posted for you.

If they call back, request a letter from them with PROOF they are authorized to collect on this account.There are a LOT of con artist ca's out there, collecting from people like you $$$ they have NO legal right to collect.
