I am in NC..last payment was in March 2002...going to have to speak to an attorney face to face about this..They are calling for a credit card that was under the business name..business was incorporated and went out of business when husband died..did not use cards for months prior to not being able to make payments...the c&d letter seemed to p*** him off (the rep that left the messages)
