Cadra , im sure you mean & i personally have no dealings with them but tell ya what id do if i had ANY collection accounts with them .. 1st off if the debts past the state im in's SOL i personally wouldnt give them a dime PERIOD !! i wouldnt waste my time paper or a single 37 cent stamp even asking for validation of the account BUT what i would do would to make sure my accounts past my states SOL than id INVEST my 5 bucks & 3 minutes of my time stating to those CROOKS cause thats what they are after trying to collect on past SOL debts " STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT" & trust me it'll stop them becouse if it dosent id take THEM to court & id win on a variety of charges .. like i say i believe you did what you felt you had to do but for you to tell people to give those criminals any money on time barred accounts is BAD ADVISE .. cadra , if the debts within SOL for the debtors state calvary has a right to try to collect ill give you that BUT once the debts past the states SOL i personally see absolutely NO difference if i get robbed at knife point in a dark alley by a crook or calvary trying to rob me over the telephone with their weapon of choise being the telephone , a crooks a crook period !!!!! but hey just my 2 cents here .. kelly ...........
