interesting but the BEST BET would be to change your number if this debts not yours but since you dont waana do that think id go the certified return reciept letter stating "ive told you people umteen times that this is not the person your looking for NOR do i know of this person" so PLEASE STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THIS DEBT .. thats what id do but of course id change my phone number 1st IF its not my debt ..... kel
