The guy did not let me read the lease. He did mention the noncancellable part, but basically I foolhardedly signed a blank document. The independent rep then turned in a different contract from the one that I signed, with different rates and fees on it. He did not mention that I also would be locked into a credit card processing transaction service for 2 years. Basically I have a blank contract that has my signature on it. I have obtained copies of the MSI/CIT contracts, which are completely filled out but were never given to me, prior to starting the service. The page for the credit card processing fees has an invoice number in the top right corner, but the page for the terminal lease does not have any number on it. I found the same processing machine online for $300, but the rep is charging me $2600 across four years for the machine. This rep is charging me $50 a month plus a $200 buyout fee for the machine across 4 years. When it comes to noncancellable lease, I thought the person was supposed to show me a final copy of the lease, prior to submitting it. I found the same machine online for a lease of $17 a month. I feel like I have been taken to the cleaners. Any suggesitions?
