In general, once you present your affirmative answer of SOL during the mediation and INSIST on the case being heard, it will go immediately to the court, where if the plaintiff lawyer is not prepared to present his case or defend against your affirmative answer, it will be reset for another hearing date- or sometimes just dismissed by the judge.
