I do not know how much help anyone on this forum could be, the account you have/had is a business account and does not fall within any of the FDCPA or FCRA laws, EXCEPT if you had used the card fraudulently after termination. Had you signed personal responsibility for it?

If you let us know your State and when this occurred we MIGHT be able to at least steer you in the right direction.
