It is a credit card debt that was closed in 1997 and they say last payment was made on or before March 1998. I have read this statue and understand it. I just can't believe she told me there was no SOL on debts in Florida and they can be collected at any time. BOy, I was ready for my mediation tomorrow and felt good about it till I talked with the Attorney Generals Office.
