I am trying to purchase a home and my middle credit score fluctuates between 580 and 574. Can anyone suggest some websites or forums such as this with advice on increasing credit scores, what is needed to obtain loans based on credit, income, down payments, etc? My debt/income is very good, my credit is filled with some charge-offs (none within past three years). I figured that it would not be too difficult getting a loan with high interest rates. However, I need some expert advice. Thanks!
