I have fallen behind in my furniture payments and the furniture store has threatend to reposes my furniture. In the event that they get a warrant to enter my house wouldn't such a warrant be sighned by a judge ? And wouldn't they have to inform me when they were going to try to obtain this warrant, so that I would have the right to appear and contest this action ? If not is there any preventive action I can take (OTHER THAN THE OBVIOUS OF PAYING FOR THE FUNITURE} in order to keep them from reposesing my furniture ?
