teri - GREAT JOB , your exactly right that the collector/attorney HOPES the person that they are in my opinion illegally sueing becouse the debts past the said states SOL dosen't show up for court & then the creeps crooks & thugs will win by default .. correct me IF IM WRONG but whats the difference between me getting robbed in a dark alley but some crook OR the way these crooks try robbing people using the court system on debts past the states SOL , STILL trying to figure out the difference between the two & i dont see one .. the REAL crime here is how these crook collection agencies & lawyers WASTE the courts time by defrauding people out of money becouse the debt they sue for is past SOL , thats the crime , but HEY just "my" opinion lol ... great job & good luck to ya , kel ....
