I know we are probably doomed why chat,but my husband is stubborn and the cards are in his name so I did what he asked and sent the offer in the answer letter:( I have in front of me a money order reciept for $15.00 ( I know not very much) but all we could do at the time. This was sent with an origional statement that had a due date of Jan 10th for the minimum payment being the full $3282.32. Im not seeing where a dec. payment was applied on it,will have to check my files. Now the last amount I sent was to Capital one,sending the payment sheet from the letter from Capital one about the charging off and sent to collection agency.This was from a guy from Capital one services.I sent a $30.00 payment. So it was charged off in the Jan.30th letter and I sent that payment to them Feb 16th. I just looked at the summons from municipal court that has the last regular statement on it,and it shows the same one that I sent out Jan 6th that was due Jan 10th. It looks like they got us huh?
