How can you generalize these comments to "one size fits all"?? Many people have filed in small claims court and have won. Quite often, just by filing they get the CA, CRA, or OC creditor to fold and go away - especially when they know they are wrong.

I may be in some cases it is not appropirate - it is up the individual who wants to file to research and find out how to go about it.

Who are you, anyway? A collector?
