Wait for WhyChat to reply... she gave some excellent advice about repos that MIGHT help you. After they took your car there are some procedure they MUSt follow or the are not entitled to the "Deficiency judgement". You no longer owe for the car, you just owe what they couldn't collect on it. WhyChat also mentioned there might be a SOL on when the creditor can file a deficiency judgement. Read up on Nevada's state law for repo's Why Chat has a link somewhere on here.

Explore all options before making a bad move. I've made many many bad moves becuase of panic. But not any more, if someone want's to sue me they will have to earn every penny.
