This sounds like its personal. " your auto repair busness"? and "you must be a collector"?. What about the unifor States and Federal Code of Civle Procedure? Can you now have your attorney try your small claims case? Were is the change in this. Because Im sure you would like to set my mind right. You do some very good work. But I dont think small clames is a place for a consumer action.
