I received a call from a CA in Florida. He is trying to collect on a credit card that was sold to another agency. He is the CA for the agency that was trying to collect before him! I have a recent copy of my credit report (2mos old) and it shows the original debt was sold and the last date of activity was 11-95. It also shows a 0 balance on my credit report from the card issuing company. Do I have to pay this?
