the bigger story is WHEN is our government going to start finally putting force into the laws against these fly by night garbage SCAM telemarketers & use the laws that are already on the books ?!?! just send those CROOKS a certified letter return reciept requested ( cost 5 bucks ) telling then TO STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. tell them DO NOT SELL TRADE OR GIVE AWAY THIS ACCOUNT to ANOTHER .. once these nothing more than common criminals recieve this they'll leave you alone to prey on someone has who has NO CLUE of the rights via your state & federal law .. good luck , kelly ..............
