They can just garnish you or sieze your bank accounts, if they can find out where you work and bank. You do get a notice, but that's all.

Generally, you can't dispute a judgment, the way you can other items on your credit report, or collection accounts. The disputing has to be done before it gets to the point where someone gets a judgment.

If it's a mistake, or you weren't served, there are actions you can take to undo it, but it doesn't sound like this is the case here.
