I talked with them today and they told me the ca that's suing me has no license but if the attorney is working for this ca then he is exempt from the law requiring a license. This makes no sense to me but Florida laws are weird anyway. This person I also talked with told me the SOL wouldn't stand up in court for a debt! Imagine that another one telling me I was going to lose. I do know they didn't drop the case and didn't expect they would. Will see what happens Friday if I make it that far!
