Get their name and address and send them a C&D letter... don't talk to them and don't give them any information. A charged-off account can be sold and resold forever but the SOL does NOT restart when a new CA acquires the account. Your account is beyond SOL in NM; send the C&D telling them to "piss off" 'cause the SOL is UP.
