If you were paying to the original creditor on an account that had not been charged off and transferrd to a collecton department then you SOL in Va. is from your last payment or charge on the account. You can tell if you are within SOL by looking at your monthly statements from the cc company. If you were still paying directy to te cc company you would have had no change in your billing statements.
