I need you to up date your files as you are having me down as having open judgements, and collections. We had a bankruptcy four years ago, and everything has been discharged, that you are reporting to be open, and not in good standing. The credit we do have is current, and we do not have anything is collections, or judgements of any sort. I need you to make these corrections as we are trying to refinance, and you are holding things up for us. I know the bankruptcy has to remain on there for a few more years but the least you can do is report what you see as being discharged, and not open. I would like a response.
