as much info on the account as you can possibly find ... pull all 3 credit reports some will show when last money was ever paid on the account .. in my case my 1 & only chargeoff i have a 4 + year old bill from the credit card co. stating im now 30 & another bill saying 60 days past due those are HUGE proof in showing when SOL begins .. its all about proof becouse if you've read this board & different posts you'll see 98 % of these bill collectors lie "in my opinion" & to me that means they'll lie if it ever makes it into a courtroom .. im sure some collectors are truthful but ive yet to see one so like i say most will & do lie .. kelly ...............
