Unless there is some pending civil suit attached to your daughter's untimely death, you would be well advised to file CH 7 BK. Therr is NO way in your State to be able to get any protection from lawsuits and judgments that will cripple your situation for years to come. Any "settlement" or "debt consolidation" or any such plan is very ill advised, especially in your State with terrible consumer protection laws.
