What is the balance of your Cap 1 acct. on your reports? Has OSI PURCHASED the acct. from Cap 1 or was it ASSIGNED to them?

OSI is Gulf State Credit and if you go back into the archives of this forum and read all the posts concerning them you will see that they are among the WORST. You do not want to deal with them.

Depending on what state you live in currently, it's possible that the SOL is up on this acct.
