Cardinal Rule One: Do NOT talk to him! Let the answering machine pick up the calls and save any messages he may leave as evidence for a possible complaint. It doesn't make any difference if he is the "manager" or not. He is not above the law (although his bloated ego may make him think otherwise).

Make sure your C&D is sent CERTIFIED, RRR and do NOT sign the letter, just type your name instead. You don't want to give the bastard anything that he can use against you.
