OK, How do I get an agreement from the original
creditor? I did get a letter from the CA saying they had been assigned this debt. Do I need more than that? Should I call the OC to get the proof?
Kellie asked : There was about a 1 year lapse since my last payment before it went to collection, so it isn't all that old.
