Here is one of my favorites that worked well with a bottom-feeder long ago: tune your FM stereo to an inactive channel (hiss), jack up the volume to an almost intolerable level and when the scumbag calls put the phone's mic right up against the tweeter while it is blaring. You'll probably blow their agent out of their cubicle and they will in all likelihood NEVER call back. If they do, just repeat the process.
