How did you go about filing/sending a violation letter. Is it a legal document that I can download from the gov site or something? My parents started getting harassed by camco 1 months ago regarding some 10 year charged off account which they don't own. They don't have the correct middle name and the SSN was completely off. Now they are calling my parents on daily basis calling them liars and such. Camco is also threatening to sent people over to search the house!!
How do I make them stop?
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance!
