I have a small loan with Beneficial. I have fallen behind on payments and I have recieved a letter to call them to work with them on getting up to date. Well, I got the loan in FL and have lived in IL for 4 years now. I called Fl office and told them I do not live there anymore since they told me to bring in the letter and she said "well, there is nothing I can do for you". Should I send my own letter in saying what I was told? They have worked with me in the past. i am finally paying off Sears next month (YEA!) a question about that....I was served but never went to court, I worked out a payment plan...is this still considered a judgement? She said the judgement would be "satisfied" and they would notify the courts it was paid in full...
