Your loan with Beneficial is probably being handled by their internal collections dept. The loan appears to have not been charged off. I would send them a letter explaining your circumstances and try to work out a plan. Believe me, it is much easier to work with the OC now than to deal (which you NEVER want to do) with a CA. They will turn your life inside out.

On the Sears acct., since you did not show up for the hearing, they were awarded a default judgment in their favor. Even though you worked out a payment plan with them, it's still a judgment. Once you have paid off ("satisfied") the judgment, the matter will be closed but it will show up on your CRA reports as a "paid judgment" which will last for 7 years.
