The first thing you should do is to see exactly how this account is being reported on your credit reports.

Then you should send a letter CRRR to the OC and the CA advising them to only contact you by mail, no telephone calls, and that you are suspending any further payments on the account until you get a complete validation that the account is ENTIRELY your responsibility, with copy of your signed application, plus a complete accounting of any and all monies paid to them on this account from any source.
