Your job would certainly be in jeopardy if your creditors sued, got a judgment and garnished your wages.

If you have more than $10,000 equity in your home, if you have 2 or more cars with more than $1,000 equity in them, I suggest ch 13, you will not lose anything, and will likely come out better, (in your State) than with a ch 7.

You keep your house, keep your cars,and keep your payments to what you can afford.
