anyone know anything about this?

about 3 months ago, my ckng acct had an automatic draft taken out of my acct for $299 from a Co. called Capital Benefits Telephone. I called the bank and told them it was an unauthorized charge. They sent it back unpaid and didn't charge me any extra charges. The same thing happened about 3 wks later, and then about 2 wks ago, each time altering the amount to try to get it to go through. Does anyone know anything about this co? I have no idea what the charge is supposed to be for. I called the # my bank had listed, and got about 6 different #'s and when I finally thought I got the right one...it's an answering machine. Any thoughts on what I can do to stop this short of closing my checking acct?
