no chexsystem banks in texas

My ex has gotten me on the system .Alot of the banks here do verify through chexsystems . Does any one know of any banks that do not do that. It is hard when these cash places charge between 10-30 percent and jit just kills me. I am just trying to rebuild my credit and it is not easy .
