I'm in Florida. I had no proof of my own but the dates they put in the summons told the story. This account wasn't on my credit reports so I couldn't verify anything. The credit card holder also had no record of the account other than it had been sold. THe main reason I won is that the ca and his attorney had no written contract or documents with my signature or any dates when the last charge was made on it.
