The judge didn't ask for any documents but I had them. He proceeded with the trial and let them ask their questions and give their evidence. The more or less had nothing but a computer print out and tried to tell the judge it was statements sent to me. The judge caught on to that real quick and told them it was no good. I'm still in shock as to what happened but it will sink in soon. I still fear they might try to come back on me but we will see. The ca and his lawyer didn't know what hit them. I warned them in mediation that I was going to use the sol and I guess they thought that wasn't going to work. That worked but the fact they had no proof helped also.
