Glad it worked out, as I told you if you stick up for your rights and become informed you can beat the bad guys. Actually, you won twice today, once in court, and the bigger victory of becoming self-empowered. If you DO sue them, make sure you FIRST file a complaint against them with the FTC, the Fl. Bar Assoc. & the Fl. AG's office (actually the Fl. Dept. of Agrculture) Even if you DON'T sue them you should file those complaints.
