I need to know the following.
1- What date was the original case filed.
2- Were you leglly served?
3- Did you file an answer?
4- What was the date of your last payment to the ORIGINAL CREDITOR on a regular monthly statement WITHOUT a late charge or past due amount.
5- How is this account showing (if it is) on your credit report, OC ?, CA ?, or both.
